On our tour you can taste Norfolk’s own cuisine, beer, coffee and wine, explore the old convict settlement, play golf on one of the world’s greenest and most beautiful courses and see vivid recreations of Norfolk’s history!!

Day 2 Sunday 16th February 2025 D

Home – Norfolk Island

Welcome to Norfolk Island!

Upon arrival we are transferred to our accommodation, The Paradise Hotel & Resort, which is situated just a short walk from town. Tonight’s dinner will be at our accommodation.  Accommodation Paradise Hotel Ph. +67 2322 177 (international call).

Day 3 Monday 17th February 2025 BD

Kingston – Cascade – Longridge – Cyclorama

This morning after breakfast we embark on our orientation tour to gain insight into the fascinating history of Norfolk Island. Visiting the key historic areas of Kingston, Cascade and Longridge while seeing the famous convict buildings, the breathtaking views from the lookouts and a visit to the renowned Melanesian Chapel.

This afternoon we enjoy some time to explore the Fletchers Mutiny Cyclorama – an impressive 360° panorama painting that brings to life the history of the Norfolk Island people. Tonight, we enjoy the very best Norfolk Island hospitality where the people within this vibrant community open their homes to us to allow us to enjoy their authentic home cooked meals and share their stories with us.


Day 4 Tuesday 18th February 2025 BD

Convict Settlement – Island Fish Fry – Light and Sound Show

This morning we step back in time and immerse ourselves in the captivating history with a guided tour of the Kingston and Arthur’s Vale Historic Area. Explore the new goal ruins, the pier store, boat shed, crank mill and the beautiful homes along Quality Row. This afternoon top off our exploration on a state-of-the-art 4WD tour!  Getting us off the beaten track we enjoy the island’s rich history, culture and natural wonders revealing secluded private properties with breathtaking scenery – don’t forget your camera!

This evening enjoy a weaving demonstration using the local flax, showcasing the traditional craft and skills of the locals before we attend the well-loved Island Fish Fry! Experience breathtaking views, local food, music, and the sun set while being entertained with captivating local performances from Fish Fry Baunti Byuutis dancing group. As night falls upon us, enjoy the theatrical lighting and real-life sounds paired together with costumed actors to bring the island’s history to life with Sound & Light Show.


Day 5 Wednesday 19th February 2025 BD

Captain Cook Monument – Glass Bottom Boat – Ghost Tour

This morning’s adventure finds us on a leisurely stroll to the Captain Cook Monument for a delicious cliff top breakfast BBQ. For the adventurous there are some fantastic bush walks on offer today or spend some time at your leisure.

This afternoon we explore the beautiful marine life that abounds in this eco system, and the second most southern coral lagoon in the world aboard a glass bottom boat! The cruise we have booked is operated by 7th generation descendants of the HMAS Bounty!

Tonight, enjoy a delicious dinner in a beautiful Georgian building followed by a spooky walk through the historic Kingston ruins under the light of a lantern our guide will regale you with tales of ghostly apparitions, tragic events, and mysterious happenings.

Day 6 Thursday 20th February 2025 BD

Over the Cattlestops Tour – Murder Mystery Dinner

This morning we discover the hidden gems of local industries. From handcrafted pottery to locally made soft drinks, you will get the chance to taste and purchase some of the locally made products while meeting the skilled artisans and entrepreneurs behind the island ‘s thriving businesses. Take some time again today at your leisure, you may wish to go to the shops, relax at our motel or revisit some of your favourite sites on the island. Everything is only a short journey away from us.

Tonight, experience an unforgettable evening of murder, mystery and mayhem at our fun planned murder mystery dinner. Enjoy a delicious 3 course meal as you meet and interact with the Commandant, Clergyman, and Convicts of the era. Solve the mystery and stand a chance to win a prize! (Don’t forget to bring your reading glasses!)


Day 7 Friday 21st February 2025 BD

Gardens – Convict Dinner

Come along on a delightful half day tour to explore the Island’s most enchanting gardens. Stroll through lush gardens that boast magnificent views, including the island’s only maze and a private garden that will take your breath away. Discover the unique flora and fauna that are native to Norfolk Island.

This afternoon is again at your own leisure, this tour is the perfect mix of sightseeing and relaxation time!

Tonight experience the thrill with our ‘Night as a Convict Dinner’. This will be a night you won’t soon forget, as we can have some fun!! Dress up in a convict suit (costumes available on site!) and join the Commandant as you indulge in a delicious meal, make new friends and transport yourself to the colourful past.


Day 8 Saturday 22nd February 2025 BD

Ball Bay – Wonderland by Night

After breakfast the morning is yours for the taking. Either for leisure or a chance to explore an attraction you had had your eye on, it’s up to you.

This afternoon we embark on an indulgence tour on the Southeastern side of Norfolk Island, at Ball Bay – another stunning bay with magnificent ocean views! Here you will learn all about how we get fuel ashore, as this is where their supply is unloaded. This evening we venture next door to the Hilli Restaurant and Cafe. ‘Hilli’ in the Norfolk language means to relax, chill out and rest. This is exactly the mood that Hillis Restaurant would like you to experience. As we dine enjoy ‘Wonderland by Night’ a collection of Old Time Island Stories, which are often full of humour’s and rather poignant tales of family life written by Archie Bigg.

Day 9 Sunday 23rd February 2025 B

Norfolk – Home

Sadly, we have come to the end of our holiday and it’s time to head home. We make our way to Norfolk Island Airport for our departure flight and once landed our vehicle will be waiting to return you to your home or other specified drop off destination.
