Terms
No refunds will be given on theatre, concert or show tickets as we must pay for these tickets upfront however you may sell your ticket. In the event that you do sell your ticket you must notify us of the new person travelling in your place.
All tours will go ahead as planned except in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to unavailability of attraction, inclement weather, insufficient numbers or cancellation of venue.
All tours are subject to minimum loading and Cowans reserve the right to supply a vehicle suitable to the number of passengers.
Passengers must be seated with seatbelts fastened in all vehicles whist travelling on public roads.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol is not permitted inside any of our vehicles.
