• Courtesy pick-up and drop-off to your home or predetermined location in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Forster and Hunter Valley area. We cannot pickup inside a lifestyle village, however we can pick up at the gate. Visit our website for interactive pick-up map.
• Airfares – However, these are subject to change by the Airline at any time. If the airfare component of the tour varies, we will advise all booked passengers within 48 hours. You will have the option to accept the variation in the tour price, or alternatively, cancel your booking without penalty (minus any unrecoverable costs).

TOUR ITINERARY is a guide only and although CBS Travel P/L will make every reasonable effort to adhere to the program, we reserve the right to make any alterations as necessary. The operation of this tour is subject to minimum loading.
PASSENGER FITNESS Cowans Bus Service will not allow passengers to commence nor continue their tour if their physical or mental condition is or becomes unsafe to themselves or other passengers. If assistance is required on tour, we do require that passengers are accompanied by a companion capable of providing all necessary assistance. For safety and enjoyment, passengers should be in suitable physical condition to participate in activities according to the tour. In some situations, medical clearance for travel from your doctor may be required. Any special requirements must be advised at time of booking.
LUGGAGE should not exceed one medium suitcase per person plus a small bag for use aboard the coach

121 days or more before departure – $250 admin. Fee and unrecoverable costs
60 – 120 days before departure – 25% of fare retained
22 – 59 days before departure – 50% of fare retained
21 days or less – 100% of fare retained.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is NOT included but it is strongly recommended that Travel Insurance be considered prior to making final payment.
